‘Munchkin’ Pumpkins!

‘Munchkin’ Pumpkins!

These lovely little pumpkins are called ‘Munchkins’! Slice the tops off, scoop out the seeds and brush inside with melted butter, and bake for about 30 mins at 200c. You can then fill them with mushrooms and garlic, or cheese, or herby couscous. If you replace the tops, they make a delicious ‘surprise’ for a dinner party…and look great!

…or you can always use them decoratively…lovely scooped out and a tea light put inside!
